New Ohio Concealed Carry Law Goes Into Effect March 1  
Recently the Ohio legislature passed a law allowing individuals with a concealed carry license to carry weapons into child care businesses, on college campuses and in public areas of airports. The law went into effect in March. Families using licensed child care may want to seek information from their providers regarding plans to address or adhere to this new Ohio law.

Celebrate Library Week by wearing PJ's for special evening story time featuring stories read by some special librarian guests. Enjoy songs, crafts and special treat on Monday, April 10 starting at 6:30 at the New Richmond Branch Library.

Attend the Bunny Hop sponsored by the Historic Fairfield Avenue Business District on Saturday, April 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Photos, Easter eggs filled with surprises and more.

Kite Tales at the Air Force Museum
Welcome spring with kite stories, kite building and kite flying during Family Day at the National Museum of the Air Force on April 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.Preschool and primary-grade children are also invited for story time to hear stories about kites and do a craft project at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

There are many online resources available to help you enhance your child's learning experiences. For example, 4C's website features Learning Every Day activities like the one below, and United Way features Born Learning tools on its website. Both can help you learn more about developmental milestones and so much more!
